Constellation Brands has long been a leader in identifying and supporting organizations and initiatives that strengthen our communities. The Community Affairs department at Constellation represents the company in philanthropic activities and manages corporate giving.

How to Request a Donation
 
To ensure a fair selection process in the allocation of funds and in-kind donations, Community Affairs has established guidelines, a standard request form and a committee to review all requests. Please review the guidelines below and complete this form to apply for a donation. All requests for contributions should be submitted by mail at least two months prior to the event and include a copy of your organization's 501(c)3 certificate. You will receive a reply within four weeks.
