Founded in 1945 in Canandaigua, New York, Constellation Brands is the largest wine producing company by volume in the world. We are also the third largest U.S. beverage alcohol company based upon retail sales in the food and drug channels. Following Constellation’s formation of a joint venture with Mexico’s Grupo Modelo, Crown Imports LLC, our Mexican beer portfolio becomes the undisputed imported beer leader in the United States. Our North American spirits division portfolio of value and premium products also ranks among the top in its overall category.
